Set in the 11th Arrondissement with quick and easy access in to the centre. With many years experience we welcome you warmly and provide you with home comforts. We have 21 ensuite rooms that are all nicely decorated and have easy furnishings.

Suitable for families and couples who wish to explore Paris but stay out of the central hustle and bustle. We are close to the Bastille Opera House for lovers of music, dance, colour and entertainment and the Marais areas. Only a mile from Gard de Lyon.

Enjoy the local historical streets and buildings and walking along the Saint Martin Canal. For the main attractions a 15 minute metro ride or taxi will take you to the Notre Dame, view the street artists, take a ride along the River Seine and stop off at Le Louvre.

Evenings are gentle and peaceful as you enjoy the local restaurants and bars.

Good stuff: Good location.
Bad stuff: The review I read before staying in this hotel said it was a bit tired , I would say it is exhausted! Very tatty, I do know it is a budget hotel so do not expect too much, but it was the worst I have stayed in.

Good stuff: Easy access to metro for all the Paris sights, pleasant and helpful enough staff on reception attended 24 hrs.
Bad stuff: Generally tired and slightly grimy decor especially carpets, shower though powerful enough and hot would not hang on the wall, no plug for bath and leaking sink pedastel.
Overall: We chose this as a cheap place to rest our heads and stay centrally in Paris and it served its purpose. It was reflected fairly in other reviews and we were neither greatly disappointed nor pleasantly surprised. We will probably go a little more upmarket next time. Would only recommend on the basis of low cost.
