The hospital de la Pitle-Salpetriere is just across the road and just a short walk you are soon at the Institute of the Arab World.

The main sites of the city must be included during your visit - Tour Eiffel, Notre Dame, Le Louvre, Pompidou Centre and the Arc de Triomphe.

Good stuff: Your staff are your greatest asset, the young lady who greeted us upon our arrival was wonderful; please give her our thanks. The young man who saw us out was also very, very friendly.

Bad stuff: Wonderful to Paris in the summer; but air conditioning is needed.

Overall: Good location, wonderful staff.

Good stuff: The convenience of being able to make meals and snacks. The availability of a space in which to relax.

Bad stuff: I would like you to supply an electric kettle in the kitchen

Overall: We found our stay very confortable and ideal for our purposes. We liked being in a non-touristic area but one that was in very easy reach of most of the attractions of Paris. The hotel was recommended to us by a friend who works in Paris and sends business colleagues to your various hotels both in Paris and elsewhere. One thing that perhaps could have been more clearly defined is what is and what is not supplied, e.g. washing up liquid, and that the laundry supplies everything for washing clothes. Otherwise I felt we knew enough about the place. However, I must stress, that we go to France a couple of times each year and nearly always rent self catering accommodation so we had a fairly good idea of what to expect. Also we are familiar with Paris and know how to get about. It is difficult to put oneself in the place of someone who is visiting for the first time and what they might need to know. But your staff seemed very helpful and I'm sure that could give the appropriate orientation.
