Good stuff: The staff were very courteous and extremely professional, I was impressed by all communal areas.
Bad stuff: I was disapointed in the room provided for my family and myself, I felt it was poorly decorated and somewhat outdated.
Overall: When my family and I (2 adults and 2 childen aged 7 & 11) arrived at the hotel we were initially impressed with the foyer and reception area. The receptionist on duty was very patient with our poor French and was very helpful. Our intial impression was dulled however when we enterd our shabby 1980's room. There was some unsteady grey ash furnture below a window with no safety catch, worrying as we where on the 6th floor, my daughters shared a bunk bed which seemed rather shabby and noticed some graffiti on the woodwork. Overall a nice hotel with great staff but badly let down by a shabby room.

Good stuff: Location and transport links to the centre of Paris.
Bad stuff: We were ill advised as to breakfast, the receptionist told us it would be 12 euros when in fact it came with the boolking. As a result of this info we ate breakfast outside the hotel. Additionally when we booked in we were not advised that the car parking was to be chargable. Myself and another travelling group were under the opinion that this was included in the price. The on duty manageress was extremely rude and discourteous and I would not stay in another Comfort Inn again because of her aggressive and rude attitude.
Overall: The area and the hotel facilities offered good value for money, however, the competence of the staff and the aggressive and rude attitude of the manageress would prevent me from using this chain of hotels again.
