Good stuff: Location and price

Bad stuff: Room v. small -v. little work surface space. Minbar items were not replaced!

Overall: There is, quite honestly, nothing I really would have needed to know before booking. In terms of location the hotel far exceeded my expectations, as it did in terms of value for money. Staff were extremely courteous. There was a problem with the phone on the last day, and the minibar items were not replaced. There was no laundry or ironing servive available - this last point was something of an inconvenience. Overall the value for money is the outstanding aspect.
