Good stuff: Location

Bad stuff: Everything apart from location

Overall: How can this Hotel have a four star rating? No reception area, no restraunt or bar facilities, I heard other guests complaining that they had no water in their toilet. When we arrived we were left to struggle with our own luggage and it was the same when we left. I had to postpone a restaurant booking because my dry cleaning didn't come back on time and when I complained that they had charged me for calling the restaurant to postpone my reservation even though it was their fault they did nothing. Staff were rude and unhelpfull
