Good stuff: Central location with easy metro access
Bad stuff: lift not working, room safe not working, room was very small with only one chair, I think it was a single room in reality

Good stuff: Cleanliness and friendly staff
Overall: A comfortable hotel, all staff helpful and pleasant. Reception staff spoke English. Rooms clean, perhaps a little noisy if at front of hotel, but this is a busy street which all of our party loved. No complaints at all.

Good stuff: Very handy for the metro. Siutated on a nice street with nice restaurants and shops. Nice staff, nice room and very clean
Bad stuff: Safe wasnt working

Good stuff: I asked to be moved to a quiet room overlooking back courtyard, and it was very pleasant. Very clean hotel, nice new bathroom
Bad stuff: Coffee truly awful - just as well 2012 Olympic bids not affected by such bad coffee. Better cable TV
Overall: Staff very helpful. Ideal location, Rue Daguerre a very atmospheric street, especially pedestrianised end near Denfert-Rochereau

Good stuff: The hotel was centrally located, near my son's dormitory and the metro. The street had many interesting shops and restaurants, plus a market. The hotel itself was well run, clean, and reasonable.
Bad stuff: The shower is very small.
Overall: My experience with this hotel was excellent.

Good stuff: Pleasant area of Paris and convenient for Montparnasse Station.
Bad stuff: Chambermaids were a little rude.
Overall: Lovely hotel, with very friendly and helpful reception staff. Would definitely recommend it.

Good stuff: It was clean.
Bad stuff: It was too small, and a bit too far out from centre of Paris
Overall: The accommodation was adequate however our twin room was tiny, we could barely get our case to the other side of the room. Also there was no tea/coffee making facilities. We stayed 3 nights and came across 3 different staff members on reception, (the first 2 were very nice) the last one the day of our check out was very rude.

Good stuff: Excellent, very accommodating staff. Helpful and patient.
Overall: An excellent value. Clean, accessible to metro and centre-ville, with a friendly and helpful staff.

Good stuff: Fantastic location - excellent street. The staff were very helpful, particularly in oranising a babysitter.

Good stuff: Fairly good location within easy reach of most of the tourist sights.
Bad stuff: There could be quite a bit of noise from surrounding rooms - either the walls or the floors are poorly insulated for sound!
Overall: The reception staff were very helpful.

Good stuff: Clean, well located hotel
Bad stuff: Very small rooms and old decor
Overall: The hotel is well placed and in a lively area with excellent transport connections. The rooms are clean and tidy, however, generally the rooms are very small and the decor is not very modern, with no tra making facilities. The bathroom are clean and well appointed but are small in size.
