Good stuff: The accomodation was excellent, and the hotel is realy good placed with many near metropolian lines.
Bad stuff: I think that the personal that serve the breakfast should learn another languages, if you try to speak french the look you as an idiot because the pronuntiation of course is awful, but they don't try to learn.

Good stuff: The staff was friendly, the location was nice...right bye the Gare Du Nord but out of the major tourist areas, the beds were of adequate size.
Bad stuff: Cleanliness, Service regarding guest remarks/
Overall: The room was covered in hair. My bed had hair on the pillows, under the sheets, on the blanket, on the floor, on the spare pillow in the shelf, and in the bathroom. I had to sleep with t-shirts on top of the pillows and flip over a blanket and sleep on top of the reverse side. Luckily it was 92 degrees in Paris, so I had no need to sleep under the blankets.
Also they only put 1 towel in the room and there was 2 of us staying in 2 beds. I asked for another, he asked my room number as we were leaving and when we got home there was no towel. In the morning I had to go ask for another towel and wait 10 minutes downstairs in my pajamas while they got me two towels and when they did they were barely dry and one was a floor mat.
They did not change our towels, they did not change the sheets (ever I think), and I got 2 terrible nights of sleep due to the disgusting conditions.
Before I booked this stay I would have liked to know that they hadn't changed the bed sheets or cleaned up the hair in the room in like 6 months.
I did not say anything to the hotel staff because they were always friendly and nice, and I was in their country as a guest.
