Sightseeing is par for the course here - you must include Tour Eiffel and if you are up to it walk the steps up to the top - this gives you an idea of the sheer magnitude of this wonder - coffee is offered at stage 2 of your climb! Fabulous views across the city await you at the very top - 300 metres above ground level! Why not take a river boat ride along the Seine and alight at Notre Dame - here you can spend a little time with this Gothic masterpiece.
Place de la Concorde down to Champs-Elysee and there you have her - Arc de Triomphe - a tribute to the French Army commissioned by Napolean.
Museums, monuments, art galleries - don't miss Le Louvre home of the enigmatic Mona Lisa, fine restaurants, wonderful wines and savoir faire hard to find anywhere else.
