Good stuff: Warm, clean, and close to the Metro.

Bad stuff: One staff member, although friendly, not entirely helpful - gave incorrect information.

Overall: No problems - obtained by choice off the Internet.

Good stuff: Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bad stuff: Rooms were small and somewhat unclean,especially the bathroom area.

Overall: While the day staff were friendly at check in, the evening staff member was not particularly friendly. The hotel is in a less than desirable, rather rough feeling neighbourhood with no conveniences located nearby. The room was small and not as clean feeling as it might have been. Overall it was an experience that was just adequate.
