Our superb hotel is situated at the bottom of the Butte Montmartre, one of the most prestigious, beautiful and culturally significant areas of the city. Many of the famous landmarks of the city are within walking distance, and the whole of the city is just a few minutes on the Metro service.

The Butte Montmartre, and the Montmartre district in general is famed for its history and long association with the most prominent and famous of Paris's citizens. Although many where not born in Paris, or even in France the beauty and romance of the city has been a magnet for artists, painters and writers for hundreds of years. Some claim that you can still feel the spirit of Toulouse Lautrec, Picasso, Dali and many others in the narrow streets and typically Parisian cafes of the district. The area is steeped in history with the breathtaking Sacre Coeur and the infamous Moulin Rouge, are only a few minutes walk away.
Each of our 60 rooms has its own special character and charm, with some having spectacular views of the Sacre Coeur. All of our rooms are elegantly decorated using soft fabrics and wonderfully comfortable furniture and are equipped with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Each room includes amongst its facilities: satellite TV; central heating; double glazed windows plus other features that you may not expect from an establishment of this class and price range.
A satisfying breakfast is served in our cosy breakfast room and our helpful staff will arrange your evening meal in one of the excellent restaurants that are just a few paces from our front door.

Good stuff: Very friendly helpful staff

Bad stuff: Plaster was peeling off the wall in the bathroom because it had no ventilation. There was no working light over the washbasin because the socket was broken. There was no plug in the washbasin. There were 2 lights in the bedroom which gave very poor lighting and there were no individual bedside lights.The walls in the bedroom were very dirty. The vending machines on the ground floor containing hot and cold drinks and snacks were both out of order.

Overall: I would not stay there again considering the run down state of the room

Good stuff: The excellent location was a good value for money

Bad stuff: Although some staff was very nice and friendly, others were not very welcoming, unpolite, and not very helpful.

Overall: I would have like to have known that the check in at the hotel was not until 3pm.

Good stuff: Nice competent staff. Clean and neat rooms. Close to everything while the metro were just around the corner, (but I took a walk to Notre Dame! so the hotel is really IN Paris)

Bad stuff: Check the lamps.
