Perfectly located in the heart of Paris, our wonderful establishment blends the best in modern facilities with traditional comfort and hospitality. Built in the mid 19th century, and recently refurbished to make certain we offer the best in up-to-date accommodation, we are located close to the Luxembourg Gardens in Saint Germain des Pres.

Recently refurbished and redecorated in a classical style we offer superb accommodation in one of the most prestigious areas of the city of Paris. Our 41 rooms are well proportioned and decorated in soft colours, with rich dark wood fittings, that gives a feeling of luxury and relaxation, with some rooms having a private balcony overlooking the street, or a terrace overlooking parts of this beautiful city. All of our rooms and suites are equipped with en-suite bathroom, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety box for your lap-top, air conditioning, internet connection and mini bar.
In our cosy breakfast room you can enjoy an American buffet style breakfast with a choice of fresh fruit juices, several varieties of bread and cheeses, ham, bacon, eggs, cereal and choices of jams for on your toast, a meal guaranteed to set you up for your days excursion. For your evening meal there are many exquisite restaurants that serve food from just about every country in the world, from the finest French cuisine to a pizza, whichever you prefer. Our helpful and courteous staff will be happy to make your reservations for you.
Two of the most famous and fashionable cafes in France, Les Deux Magots and Cafe de Flore, are the place to be seen and are within easy walking distance, as are the Louvre and the Museum d'Orsay, and with the Luxembourg Garden is just across the road there is plenty for you to do and see.
The area is famous for housing some of the most fashionable boutiques in Paris, including Sonia Rykiel, Missoni, Kenzo and Thierry Mugler, a must for those who love shopping.

Bad stuff: Friendlier staff would be nice. A smile occasionally wouldn't go amiss, also a bathrobe is needed for the bathroom, as everything elase is good, this seemed to be the one thing to complete.

Overall: I had a good idea overall about the hotel, so it did not dissapoint and i would certainly stay again.
