Located in the famous Latin quarter of Paris, our hotel is only a short distance from Saint Germain des Pres, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Pantheon. Our location in the heart of the 'Latin Quarter', famed for its narrow streets with their cosy traditional cafes and splendid restaurants, superb architecture and its eloquent 'Left Bank' district where many famous artists, poets and writers have been inspired, is the ideal place to experience an authentic Parisian way of life.
We have 45 well proportioned and elegant rooms, decorated in soothing pastel colours, that are delightfully comfortable and cosily furnished. All of our rooms are fully equipped and have en-suite facilities with private bathroom, colour television and direct dial telephone. Add to this a staff who are experienced, speak English, and offer an attentive yet unobtrusive service and you have the ideal place from which to explore this vibrant, cosmopolitan city.
In our elegant breakfast room you can enjoy a breakfast that will set you up for a day touring the city. When you return to the comfort of your hotel after visiting the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame cathedral, Luxembourg Gardens, Arc de Triomphe or the many other interesting and exciting attractions that are within easy reach, you can relax in our stylish lounge and unwind with a drink as you discuss the events of the day.

Good stuff: The location was terrific and the room and service excellent. The only thing that detracted from the otherwise wonderful experience was the unavailability of non-smoking rooms on a completely non-smoking floor.

Bad stuff: The hotel should have a non-smoking floor with only non-smoking rooms and the policy should be well posted and strictly enforced. We Americans are not used to being exposed to other people's smoke and this presents both a major hazard to our health and a major impediment to our enjoyment of our stay.

Overall: As above, we really enjoyed the hotel, the location and the room. The only down side, and it was a major down side, was the smoke in the corridors from other rooms, which wafted into and pervaded and polluted the air in our room. This is a health hazard and also undermines our pleasure in the accomodations. It would be nice if your web site indicated if a particular hotel has non-smoking floor with non-smoking rooms available. It would make a real difference to us in where we book. It would also have been nice to have had smoke detectors in each room.
