Good stuff: Room clean. Linen very clean. Most necessities available ie; hairdryer and fridge for cool drinks. Having read previous reviews, we'phoned to say we would not be ariving before 8pm and to keep the room for us. The receeptionist spoke good English fortuntely as our French is not perfect.The reservation was honoured. Beds comfortable. Glad to see a lift to 5th floor.
Bad stuff: Room a bit tight for three adults. Very noisy at night outside window to rear of building possbly air cooling system. Too hot to close window and had to use earplugs. Air cooling system in room leaked. No means to make a hot drink ie; tea / coffee.
Overall: As we weren't in the room for long it was fine if a bit basic. The price reflected the facilities.

Overall: I pretty much knew most everything about the hotel before I went, just by reading the online description. The price was just as I was told. Though, I was suprised it cost to make a local phone call. I did have a problem with my door lock, but I was offered a different room. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Maps at the front desk were also immensily useful in instructing me on how to get around to all the sites using the metro. Overall everything was very good.
