The present owners have run wonderful establishment since 1950, although it has provided the best in accommodation for visitors to the city dating back into the 19th century. The name was coined during this period, when the ballet company of the city of Saint Petersbourg performed in the near by Opera Garnier, while they were performing there many of the most famous artists from the company stayed at the hotel, and it was renamed in their honour.
We have 100 superbly comfortable, elegantly decorated rooms, that use a mix of warm colours and pastel shades to create a relaxing and peaceful ambiance, with some of the rooms having balconies where you can eat breakfast as you look out across the city. Although we have carefully retained the charm and character of the original building, we also have the latest in technology.
