Good stuff: The helpful and friendly staff and accessibility to central Paris

Bad stuff: The toilet didn't flush and we had to use the toilet outside our room. In hotels defence we didn't report it.

Overall: Enjoyed our stay with your hotel. The staff and restaurant was excellent. I realise the restaurant was not part of the hotel but it was excellent food and convenient. I would say that After I'd booked I tried on numerous occassions to contact you hotel from Australia but was unable to make contact. This maybe something that could be looked at as I did really need to clarify a couple of issues before travelling and staying at your hotel. Thanks for the great stay Gaye Fitch
