Excellent choice here in Versailles as you choose to stay in our most comfortable and charming establishment. We are very close to the main sites and attractions and offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Families and couples all made to feel most welcome and at home.

A refined and charming choice of accommodation as you relax and make the most of the historical and cultural town of Versailles. Jean-Luc Gay and the team of dedicated staff take great pride in making sure you are relaxed and have a most harmonious stay.

You will find very well appointed ensuite rooms with all that you require by way of modern day amenities and real comforts of home - firm comfortable beds, clean fresh linen for that guaranteed good night's sleep and private bathrooms for your total convenience. Lovely decor throughout and a really charming choice in furnishings, fabrics and pieces of art work.

Once you have breakfasted in our dining room, be sure to make the most of the nearby town - make that journey around the Gardens of Versailles, visit the Chateau and the Cathedral of St Louis. The little castles are beautiful - Petit Trianon and Grand Trianon and don't miss the Temple d'Armour.

We are just half an hour from the centre of Paris so why not take the metro and make the most of a day of sight seeing and shopping in the romantic centre - there's plenty to choose from with the best fashions and jewellery and of course the epitome of Paris - the Tour Eiffel.

Good stuff: Location was brilliant for visiting Le Chateau de Versailles it is only a short walk away from all that you could require while you are staying in this suburb of Paris. Breakfast was uncomplicated with plenty of tables. Staff were helpful introducing me to areas close by in the suburb that were literally full of restaurants that I would have missed otherwise. Beds were large and comfortable

Bad stuff: Directions to the hotel could have been better.

Overall: This hotel was perfect for my short stay in Versailles. It is a five minute walk away from the tourist office, where you can get a passport for the day and avoid all of the tourists ques at the Chateaux. From the tourist office it is then a further 5 minutes to the castle itself. You really for the money could not ask for a better location. Although it is quite literally the other end of Paris from Charles de Gaulle airport, it was only one change on the RER at Saint Michel-Notre Dame and then strait to the station just a short distance from the chateaux. Once at the station with the aid of a the map that can be printed out on this page and a quick stop off at a local cafe for a coffee and to ask the locals, it was not to hard to find. The location really was great. It was a short walk to a small shopping precinct with a very nice local produce and bread if you are looking for that. The hotel is also quite close to the Place de Marche, or the market place which is a nice local market during the day and a hive of restaurants and bars for a good meal during the evenings and afternoons. There was a selection of about 30 different places to eat all around the market square all of which looked nice and the ones i tried were nice. A great value for money experience is what I had here. When I do go again I will happily stay here and I will also be mentioning it to any friends who are looking to go here for a day or two.
