Guests Name: Tom  was travelling as Solo business traveller

Good stuff: Position in central Paris, close to where I need to do business, convenient metro stations

Bad stuff: No hot water at all in shower or washbasin on my first morning, very irritating, fixed for second night, but no feedback from staff on site.

Overall: OK apart from the hot water issue, and on the coldest night of the year, minus 9!!!
