Located in the cultural centre of the city on the famous 'left bank' of the river Seine, we have the perfect location for those visiting our city to experience the delights and romance of this historic city. Our superb hotel offers the very best in studio apartments for a short or long term stay.

Our location in the prestigious Latin Quarter of the city, means that we have the perfect location for those who wish to explore the interesting and exciting attractions our city has to offer. We have 16 apartments consisting of: 4 studios apartments for 2 persons, 9 apartments suitable for 4 persons and 3 apartments suitable for 6 persons. All of the apartments are tastefully decorated in subtle colours, have their own bathroom and are equipped with outside phone line , modem socket, satellite TV, hair-dryer plus a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The perfect base from which to experience the real Paris.
The Latin Quarter is full of traditional, quaint shops, splendid street cafes where you can sit with some of the best coffee in the world and watch all of Parisian life pass by, and magnificent restaurants that serve the very finest of French gourmet cuisine.
Our superb establishment has a full range of facilities, and combines the privacy and security of your own 'home from home', with friendly staff and the services of a high class hotel. Although you have the facilities to prepare your own meals, if you prefer, breakfast is served each day in the breakfast room, where you can meet other guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Good stuff: Excellent location, clean room, very friendly staff.

Overall: We have stayed many times in similar kinds of accomodation in North America and would suggest only a few small things. We had to use shampoo to wash the dishes as the staff do not wash dishes and soap is not provided. We are accustomed to washing our own dishes and doing all of our own housekeeping, but also expect to have very basic cleaning supplies provided - paper towels, dishsoap, and laundry soap. In the end, everyone wins because it is much easier to maintain the flat in proper order. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and the location was excellent. We had a great stay.

Good stuff: In a fantastic location with some nice bars, squares and restaurants all close by

Bad stuff: The room was very basic, fairly expensive with little more than a bed and bathroom

Overall: The accommodation is set in a beautiful, friendly area of Paris close to bars, restaurants and nice cobbled streets with a lovely square. It is also walking distance from Notre Dame and the rest of central Paris is all close by. The only problem is the hotel - very basic accommodation and represents poor value for money. The cleaners are also very keen to get in your room as early as they can, twice coming in without even knocking whilst still in bed. Though generally the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is so basic your glad that there are so many nice restaurants near by. It felt like I was paying for a bed and some shelter when I wanted more particularly at the rates I was charged. All in all a great break but a disappointing hotel.
