Good stuff: NOTHING!
Bad stuff: The hotel 132 VOLTARE was a fire trap! There were no phones in the rooms, and some tenants even poked garbage bags under their doors to hide the fact they were cooking in their rooms! We asked for extra pillows and blankets and there was none. The next night they scrounged up an old ripped comforter to give us to keep warm. There was no heat or HOT WATER during our complete stay. Our family got colds because of it.
Overall: Upon arrival we were told to pay up front for the room for our complete stay. This prevented us from looking elsewhere to stay due to a financial committment. Paying 75 euro a night I was expecting at least a 3 star hotel and got -3 stars instead! My first task was to repair a plugged sink in our washroom in order to use. The smell of sewer reeked throughout the bathroom. We had Hand towels instead of Bath towels to dry off with. The few pieces of furniture in the room in disrepair. Our room was directly over a busy street and underground Metro. Therefore, we were kept awake by traffic, vibrations and noise from the attached neighborhood bar below. Next time, I will pick a hotel I can view online and better assess prior to booking.

Good stuff: location, price.
Bad stuff: No soundproofing at all - so room fairly noisy even though at back of hotel.
Overall: Take earplugs, then it is fine.

Good stuff: Next to the Metro, excellent night manager, two beds were comfortable, free breakfasts
Bad stuff: No shower curtain, TV didn't work first night, third bed very uncomfortable, toilet seat broken
Overall: It was a true two star hotel. Very small lift, crowded room, no power outlet except fo the TV. At the same time, it was extremely convenient to the Metro, the staff were very helpful when we asked them to correct problems, the continental breakfast was offered free to us to compensate us for the initial TV inconvenience, there were several restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. Because we only used the room to sleep in, the price was excellent for three businessmen who paid a total of 75 euros each for the three nights.
