Our hotel is ideally located 1/2 way between the Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. Surrounded by four main rail and metro stations. This allows you to travel in and out of Paris with ease. Good stuff: The hotel was near to Gare Du Nord Station

Bad stuff: The check in didnt happened at time, even the room what i have booked for statying with my wife and child was not available. The room was very small. Actual check in was at 2 PM but i get the room at 3 PM also it was not a good room. The elevator was not working properly. My room was at 5th floor. The elevator door doesnt open at 5th floor, i need to get down at 4th and climb the stairs with my baggages.

Good stuff: It's convenience to Gare-Du-Nord Railway Station

Bad stuff: The breakfast area was not cleaned quickly after use leaving the tables uncleaned for the next person. Also there was a very poor selection of food.

Overall: The Hotel could be described as adequate it is close to Gare-Du-Nord. The reception staff could be more helpful when checking in as I was left waiting for some time while the receptionist was on the telephone. The breakfast room staff need to clean the tables immediately after use as I could not find a clean table to use also there was very little choice of food available and there was no knives or forks available. I had breakfast at an outside restaurant

Good stuff: Cleanliness 0of hotel. Rooms were clean.

Bad stuff: Directly opposite railway line, noisy. Not too sure weather bath was ever cleaned.

Overall: Generally a pleasant stay. The Timhotel Group are value for money and can be recommended

Bad stuff: SEPTIC SMELL IN THE BATH ROOM

Overall: THE LOCATION ,PRICE,WERE GOOD FROM THE GARE NORD YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, NOTHING SPECIAL ,DATED, THE SEPTIC SMELL IN OUR BATHROOM WAS BAD, WE WERE ON A TOP FLOOR, OUR FRIENDS ON A LOWER LEVEL HAD NO TROUBLE, THE WINDOWS WERE GOOD AND HELD OUT ANY TRAIN NOISE WE WOULD HAVE HEARD, NO AIR CONDITIONING. THAT COULD BE A PROBLEM IN THE SUMMER,WITH NOISE AND TEMP.

Bad stuff: The TV had many channels, but not even one was in English. It would have been nice to have CNN or BBC.

Overall: Our room was clean and spacious with a large window. The location was excellent - close to Gare du Nord and Gare du Est. The staff was friendly, spoke good English, and was helpful with directions. It was good value for the money.

Good stuff: Clean, quit room, and for the price the room is very spacious!

Bad stuff: Frankly, nothing!

Overall: The check-in staff are extra friendly, I checked-in early but they still got me a room immediately, the room facilities equal to other hotels in the range of 80-90 Euros, I stayed one night there to visit Euro Disney and the Lido, but next time I'm planning to stay in this hotel for the duration of my vacation. Excellent Value.

Good stuff: Friendly staff, good breakfast,close to centre of Paris,Clean sheets/towels daily.

Bad stuff: Decor a little tired! Some noise from railway.

Overall: The hotel was easy to find and close to Gare De Nord, therefore easy to reach from Gharles De Gaulle Airport. The staff on reception were fantastic, friendly and helpfull. The room was warm and clean. We would use it again, because of this and the location. It is close to places to eat around the station, mostly at reasonable prices. My only critiscism would be the room and bathrooms decor which was a little tired, but bearing in mind the cost of the room and the good service, this is outweighed. If on a weekend to paris and looking for good value for money, I would recomend this hotel.

Overall: For one night the hotel was adequate, good value and convenient. However for longer stays it was too small and rather damp.
