You can do the Flea Market thing with over 60 open air markets operating in the city and for some more exclusive shopping head for Galeries Lafayette where you will find every designer label under the sun.
Climb Tour Eiffel if you haven't done so before, see Arc de Triomphe and at least have one night at the theatre, Opera or the Moulin Rouge - fantastic displays of dance and music - enjoy it all.
